Brooks Post & Beam Kits are designed with flexibility in mind. You can modify our floor plans because the frame is the structure and the walls are literally only partitions. Changes to the frame and panels are optional, but for greatest affordability you will want to order your frame as it was originally designed. The prices are subject to change.
